Role description

As an Email Deliverability Expert at mailX, you’ll play a crucial role in helping businesses optimize their email performance. Your expertise will directly influence our clients' success by improving deliverability, enhancing sender reputation and ensuring compliance with best practices.

This is a full-time remote role with high impact and autonomy.

What you’ll do

✅ Analyze and optimize email deliverability for our clients

✅ Monitor & troubleshoot spam issues, blacklists and ISP filtering

✅ Implement and manage email authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, BIMI)

✅ Advise clients on best practices for warm-up, domain setup and list hygiene

✅ Ensure compliance with email regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.)

✅ Collaborate with product & tech teams to improve our SaaS tools

✅ Stay ahead of industry trends, algorithm changes, and email security updates

What we’re looking for

🔹 Proven experience in email deliverability, ISP relations, and anti-spam systems

🔹 Deep knowledge of authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, BIMI)

🔹 Expertise in email infrastructure, SMTP, IP warming, and sender reputation management

🔹 Strong analytical skills to interpret deliverability reports & troubleshoot issues
